Local Authors: Adeline Foo

ST_20170523_OHLANCING23GGI6_3157541Adeline Foo is the local author for “The Diary of Amos Lee” series. She is one Singapore’s best-selling writers of fiction books for young readers. The series has been translated and published in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese and Slovak, and had won several awards.
The character, Amos Lee brought his unique brand of potty humour to the small screen—a ten-episode TV adaptation was aired in Singapore, okto channel. We will be focusing on one of her books, “The Beaded Slippers” for this week’s activity.
Besides writing her own series of books, Adeline also does screenwriting credits. One of it is, Whoopie’s World’, aired on okto channel is one of  the highest rated children’s show on MediaCorp.
